Shipping on all orders is always completely free. This includes orders within our Home Viewing Program, and all orders ship overnight if the item is readily available and does require custom work or resizing. Additionally, Estate Diamond Jewelry offers insured postage with every delivery.

What is the Home Viewing Program?

The Home Viewing Program enables our customers to personally view the ring they are considering prior to committing to purchase, all within the comfort of their own home. After selecting an engagement ring or wedding band, you may contact us to place a full security deposit on the item, upon which we will send the item to your home via fully insured overnight post. Upon receipt of the ring, you will have 14 days to review and enjoy it in person before making a decision. If you choose to purchase the ring, confirmation may be made at this time, or the ring may simply be returned for a full refund. I would love to see the rings in person; how can that be arranged?

The Estate Diamond Jewelry showroom is available for appointments between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Here our entire collection of rare and beautiful diamond engagement rings from the Edwardian, Art Deco, and Retro eras can be viewed and sized in person. Estate Diamond Jewelry will size any item purchased from our showroom for free up to a size 7.5, and offers absolutely free and insured overnight shipping for all deliveries.

What are my payment options?

At Estate Diamond Jewelry, we hope to make the purchase process as easy as possible for our customers. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer a convenient layaway plan to be enacted over a three month period with a 25% initial deposit.
