Customer Service & Return Policy
Items availability MUST be confirmed prior to all purchases. Our selection does constantly changes due to our constant turnover of inventory and frequent acquisitions of unique and hard to find pieces, so please confirm item's availability prior to making your purchase.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE: We guarantee 100% authenticity of all our jewelry! Two weeks (14 Days) from the time of receipt, you may return the item, in same condition as received, for a full refund. After that Store credit will be issued for items returned within sixty days (60 days) from time of receipt.*

Special order items are final sale and not refundable. Returns of bands & eternity rings in sizes smaller than size 5 or larger than size 7 will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Taxes
New York State residents who are not in the trade must pay 8.375% sales tax added to the sale and delivery price.

Layaway Plan
We offer you the convenience to make your purchase through our Layaway Plan. A twenty five percent (25%) deposit of the purchase price is required to hold your item. Subsequent payments must be paid every two weeks and must be paid in full within three months (90 days) from the initial deposit date. We can also arrange that your credit card be automatically charged per a mutually agreed schedule.
Terms for items put on layaway are as follows:Â Any payments made are 100% refundable for up to 30 days after the first payment.Â After 30 days, all layaway items are final sales.
