The Showroom Experience

A Better Way to Choose an Important Ring

Vintage jewelry reveals far more in person. See how an antique diamond handles light, feel the proportions on the hand, compare fine period details, and ask every question without the pressure of a crowded retail floor.

1. Before You Arrive

Tell us your preferred era, diamond shape, ring size, timeline, and budget. We can set aside a focused group of possibilities.

2. During Your Appointment

Try on rings privately, compare authentic period construction, and understand each piece’s age, gemstones, condition, and character.

3. Decide With Confidence

There is no obligation to purchase during the visit. The goal is clarity, not pressure.

Find Your Era

Five Distinct Ways Vintage Can Feel Like You

You do not need to know the terminology before you visit. Tell us what catches your eye and we will help translate it into a focused selection.

01

Georgian Era

Romantic clusters, rose cuts, old mine cuts, and historic handwork with unmistakable age.

02

Victorian Era

Floral motifs, meaningful symbolism, warm gold, and highly individual antique diamonds.

03

Edwardian Era

Airy platinum, delicate filigree, milgrain, and lace-like detail with refined sparkle.

04

Art Deco Era

Bold geometry, symmetry, platinum, and striking sapphire or onyx accents from the 1920s.

05

Mid-Century Era

Clean proportions, sculptural settings, and vintage glamour that feels immediately wearable.

Before You Visit

A Few Helpful Answers

You can arrive with a detailed wish list or only a feeling. Either is a good place to begin.

Do I need to know exactly which ring I want?

No. Tell us what you know, even if it is only a photo, a general style, or a budget range. Comparing several periods and antique diamond cuts in person often makes the right direction much clearer.

Can you prepare rings before I arrive?

Yes. Share preferred eras, gemstones, diamond shapes, metal colors, size, timeline, and budget in the appointment form. The team can prepare a focused selection and confirm availability before your visit.

Can I come with my partner or keep the visit private?

Both are welcome. Couples can compare rings together, or one partner can visit privately when the proposal is still a surprise. Mention your preference in the form so the team can plan appropriately.

Are all rings in the collection authentic period pieces?

The collection includes genuine period jewelry as well as antique diamonds placed in later or newly handcrafted settings. EDJ identifies these distinctions so you can understand the age and construction of every ring you consider.
