Frequently Asked Questions What is your return policy? Two weeks (14 Days) from the time of receipt, you may return the item for a full refund. After that store credit will be issued for items returned within sixty days (60 days) from time of receipt. How do I get to see an item in person? To see an item in person before you commit to it is simple. We can ship you the item after receiving your credit card information and you will have two weeks to decide if you would like to keep the item or return it for full refund. What is your Layaway Policy? We offer you the convenience to make your purchase through our Layaway Plan. A twenty five percent (25%) deposit of the purchase price is required to hold your item. Subsequent payments must be paid every two weeks and must be paid in full within three months (90 days) from the initial deposit date. We can also arrange that your credit card be automatically charged per a mutually agreed schedule. Upon receive of the final payment we will overnight the item to you. When do I get the item that I ordered? If we have the item in stock and receive payment, we will ship the item to you via overnight delivery. Some items like wedding bands have to be custom made depending on your finger size and they will be shipped within two to three weeks of when you place the order. We usually ship overnight and shipping is always free. Do you have a catalog that you can send us? The only catalog that we have is our Online Catalog. Due to the constant turnover of our unique inventory, we cannot keep an up-to-date printed catalog. The most efficient and accurate way that we can display our inventory is via our website. Can your rings be sized? All of our rings can be sized and our bands are made to order in any size you wish. There is no additional charge for sizing rings but there may be a small surcharge for wedding bands over size 7.5. Is there sales tax on my on-line order? New York State sales tax is only applicable on deliveries within New York State. Shipments out of New York State are not charged sales tax. Do you do repairs? We only repair items that were purchased from us. Please bring your item to us or send your item, via an insured method (we recommend the U.S. Post Office registered insured mail) to us. |
